What You'll Do:
- Be the friendly face of our clinic, welcoming patients with a warm smile
- Master the art of diary management, keeping our schedules running smoothly
- Provide top-notch customer service across all channels - phone, email, and social media
- Support our awesome team and help create a positive clinic atmosphere
- Keep our clinic sparkling clean and well-stocked
What We're Looking For:
- A positive, enthusiastic personality that brightens everyone's day
- A passion for connecting with people and building great relationships
- Superb organisational skills and the ability to juggle multiple tasks with ease
- Excellent communication skills and computer savvy
- Experience with stock management, including completing small inventory stocktakes and rotating stock when new orders arrive

The Details:
4 days with evening and weekend availability
- Competitive hourly rate: €14.15-€16.00 (D.O.E)
- 6-month probationary period
Ideal Background:
- 3+ years of customer service experience
- Clinic experience is a plus!
- Leaving Certificate required, Medical Admin/Dental Nursing qualification is an advantage
