ROLE PURPOSE:

Overall responsibility for Human Resources Management at APIL, which is a shared service centre for Aspen Europe CIS (Finance, Supply Chain, QA, Legal).

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Business Partnering: Support the respective line management in all aspects of people and culture in order to establish a robust, high performing organization
  • Staffing: identification of strong, suitable candidates in order to fill the open positions fast and with high quality
  • Compensation & Benefits: Ensure a market competitive remuneration (also in cooperation with external compensation benchmarking providers)
  • Performance Management: to oversee a high quality PM (target setting, appraisals) both for office and field based staff, considering the Aspen values
  • Talent Management and Organizational Culture: to drive people development (training, feedback, coaching, development in role, job changes) in alignment with the Aspen competencies and the support building a strong corporate culture
  • Change agent: support the (culture) change agenda at APIL from a change management and HR point of view
  • HR processes and systems: ensure that the respective processes and systems are in place and duly followed
  • HR Controlling: provide key functional KPIs on regular basis to measure the function’s performance

Requirements

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
  • University degree in Business Administration, Law or Psychology, preferably with a focus on HR
  • Excellent English command
  • 5 yrs of post graduate experience in HR, preferably in an international (matrix) corporate environment
