Chief Product & Technology Officer | SaaS | Ireland (Remote)
We’re supporting a
high-growth Irish SaaS business in the search for a
Chief Product & Technology Officer (CPTO) to help lead the next phase of scale.
This is a
profitable, well-funded scale-up backed by private capital, with a clear
growth plan.
The CPTO will take ownership of
product strategy, technology direction and AI innovation, working closely with the
founder, CEO and senior leadership team. You’ll play a central role in shaping the product roadmap and scaling the platform as the business expands internationally.
Key aspects of the role include:
- Leading product and engineering across distributed teams in Ireland, Ukraine and Pakistan
- Driving the roadmap for AI-driven tools and automation within the platform
- Supporting growth across three core segments.
- Partnering with a newly strengthened leadership team including CRO and AI leadership
This is a
hands-on leadership role in a scaling environment – ideal for someone who enjoys building, prioritising and navigating the complexity that comes with rapid growth.
