The Role of Retail Supervisor
We are currently recruiting a Supervisor for our store in Nutgrove Shopping Centre for approx 30 hours a week...This is an excellent Managerial opportunity for an experienced retailer who is looking for a challenge and progression in their retail career.
Requirements of Retail Supervisor :
- You will have a minimum of one years retail Supervisory/Management Experience
- You will be an excellent communicator with the natural ability to motivate
- You will be someone who will take ownership of the role
- You must be available to work weekends, evenings & bank holidays as required.
- A Passion for Outdoor Pursuits would be advantageous
Responsibilities of Retail Supervisor :
You will support the Store Manager in all aspects of the day to day running of the store.
- You will deliver excellent customer service standards and maintain strong visual standards in store.
- You will ensure store is adequately staffed and that customers receive the highest standards of service.
- You will assist the Store Manager to achieve / exceed target.
