Floor Staff (Food & Beverage) – Join Our Team
We are currently looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Floor Staff to join our Food & Beverage team. If you enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and delivering excellent guest experiences, this is a great opportunity to be part of a professional and friendly team.
About the Role
As a member of our Floor Staff team, you will play a key role in ensuring our guests receive outstanding service from the moment they arrive. You will support daily restaurant and bar operations, maintain high presentation standards, and contribute to a positive and welcoming atmosphere.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly with a friendly and professional approach
- Take and deliver food and beverage orders efficiently using the POS system
- Prepare and maintain your service station, ensuring cleanliness and organisation at all times
- Carry out mise en place, including table setup and stocking service areas
- Promote menu items and beverages to maximise sales opportunities
- Ensure all crockery, cutlery, and glassware are handled, cleaned, and stored correctly
- Maintain excellent product knowledge of menu items, wines, and beverages
- Anticipate guest needs and provide attentive, high-quality service
- Handle guest queries and complaints professionally, escalating when necessary
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure smooth service

- Previous experience in hospitality is desirable but not essential
