We're looking for an experienced Sales Executive to join our Ballymount showroom team and guide customers from their first visit through to order and delivery.
The Opportunity
This is a customer-focused, target-led role for someone who enjoys working with people, understands the value of good product knowledge and can turn enquiries into lasting customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Welcome customers to the showroom and respond to phone and email enquiries promptly and professionally.
Understand each customer's style, budget and practical needs, then recommend suitable products.
Offer clear advice on materials, finishes, formats, suitability and care.
Prepare accurate quotations that reflect the customer's brief, budget and company guidelines.
Introduce complementary products where they add genuine value to the project.
Follow up quotations, monitor orders and keep customers informed through to delivery.
Work closely with colleagues to achieve individual and team sales targets.
Help keep the showroom welcoming, well presented and easy to explore.
Follow company procedures and support the day-to-day running of the retail department.
About You
You'll be a confident sales professional who listens well, stays organised and enjoys helping customers make informed choices. You'll be commercially aware, comfortable in a busy showroom and happy working as part of a team.
Experience & Skills
A minimum of two years' experience in proactive, target-led retail sales.
Clear and confident communication, both in person and in writing.
A thoughtful, organised approach, with close attention to detail and follow-through.
An interest in interiors, materials and design.
Experience selling products for interiors or construction - particularly tiles, stone, flooring or related surfaces - would be an advantage, although applicants from complementary sectors are welcome.
