Full-Time, Permanent
About Us
Mercantile Entertainment Group is one of Dublin’s best-known hospitality groups, operating a portfolio of leading venues including Café en Seine, The Mercantile Hotel, Whelan’s, Opium, NoLIta, The George and Pichet.
From bars and restaurants to live music, nightlife and boutique hospitality, our venues are very different, but our people are central to the success of each one.
The Role
We are looking for an experienced HR Manager to oversee and develop the HR function across our venues and Dawson Street head office.

The position would suit an experienced HR professional who enjoys working with people, solving problems and being visible across the business. While based in our Dawson Street head office, regular venue visits and meetings with management teams will be an important part of the role.
