Castle Durrow is currently seeking an experienced and reliable Bartender to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a beautiful, historic venue known for hosting weddings, private events, and high-end functions.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a wide range of beverages to a high standard
- Deliver excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment
- Manage busy bar service during weddings, events, and functions
- Handle cash and card transactions accurately
- Maintain a clean, organised, and well-stocked bar at all times
- Work collaboratively with the wider hospitality team
Requirements
- Proven experience as a bartender in busy bars or event settings
- Ability to stay calm and efficient under pressure
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends
- Knowledge of cocktails, wines, and spirits is an advantage
Pay: From €14.10 per hour
