Overview of the role
Primarily based at our Little Island GMP Plus facility the Production Support Operator is a material handling/movement role but with additional operator duties. The primary responsibilities will be movement of all raw materials and finished product on site with additional operator duties when time allows.

Role and Responsibilities
Forklift/Warehousing duties
· Loading & Unloading of trucks.
· Moving and rotating stock to and from different warehouses.
· Assembly of raw materials and packaging prior to manufacture
· Performing inventory checks as required.
· Keeping the warehouse in a clean and tidy manner.
· Preparing and completing despatch orders.
Production Operator duties
· Packing product
· Forklifting duties
· Movement of product by side stacker / Pallet truck / FLT
· Quality checking of Product and Process
· Documentation Filling and control
· Product quality management
· Production standard operating procedures ( SOPs)
· Adherence to Health & Safety procedures
· Adherence to cleanroom procedures and standards, as well as industry standards
· General duties as required
· Flexibility in hours of work ( Days, Extended hours ,Shift)
Desired Qualifications and Education Requirements
· Current valid forklift and manual handling certificate
· Minimum Leaving cert
· Qualification in GMP manufacturing is desirable
Key Skills and core competencies
· At least 3 years warehouse/manufacturing experience preferably in a GMP environment
· Proficient using Microsoft word and excel
· Ability to work on own initiative & to a high standard.
· Ability to prioritise tasks
