About The Role
Main Duties:

Serve beverages & food to guests across a variety of bars.

Comply with all cash handling and stock security policies.

Greet all guests warmly and professionally.

Familiarise yourself with our food and drink offerings, including daily specials and local beverages, to assist guests with their choices.

Anticipate and meet the needs of our guests.

Take accurate food orders and liaise with the kitchen team to ensure timely service.

Maintain a clean, well-stocked, and welcoming bar environment.

Share your knowledge and enthusiasm about our beautiful local area with our guests.
Experience & Key Skills:

Previous bar experience is essential; food service experience is an advantage.
