Job Description
We are currently looking for an experienced Accounts Administrator including payroll for Ireland & UK with varied administration experience.
The ideal candidate must have qualification as per experience required below. Good knowledge of current regulations, be able to work as part of a small accounts team and on own initiative.
Role
A diverse role which involves a weekly payroll and a varied weekly, monthly adhoc duties.
- Responsible for Payroll for 40+ Staff on a weekly basis
- An understanding of raising Invoices, journals and bank receipts and payments.
- An understanding of monthly reconciliations including debtors, creditors, banks, payroll.
- Assisting with Customs & Excise documentation & processes
- Assisting with month end and processes
- Ad hoc duties as required .
- On boarding of new staff,
- Issuing contract, Fuelcards etc
- Paying expenses to staff, monitoring & recording holidays
- Organising monitoring & updating training records
- Updating Personnel Files as needed
- Monitoring Diesel spend, mobile bills and fines
- Obtaining certs for DOE & Motor tax
- Monitoring Apprentice paperwork
- Health & Safety
- Preparing & updating PSA file
- Ability to respond to Accounts queries when required
Essential skills, attributes and qualifications:
- Relevant experience in a similar role essential
- An interest/ experience in Human resources would be beneficial
- Highly organised and an ability to manage their role with ability to prioritise
- Highly analytical individual
- Ability to work to tight deadlines
- Sage Experience a distinct advantage
The Benefits:
- Hours, negotiable approx. 30 hrs a week
- Pay rate is negotiable

Pay: €32,000.00-€36,000.00 per year
