We're looking for an experienced Senior Bridal Stylist to join our Athlone boutique.
This is much more than a traditional retail sales role. Bridal is a highly personal, hands-on environment where exceptional customer service goes hand in hand with organisation, attention to detail and taking pride in everything that happens behind the scenes.
You'll become a key part of an established luxury bridal business, working alongside our Boutique Lead and closely with the owner to deliver an exceptional experience for every bride.

What You'll DoBridal Styling
- Deliver exceptional one-to-one bridal appointments.
- Guide brides in choosing their wedding dress with confidence and care.
- Build genuine relationships with every bride and her guests.
- Recommend veils and accessories to complete each bridal look.
- Deliver an outstanding experience from first appointment through to dress collection.
- Achieve individual sales targets while maintaining exceptional customer service.
Boutique Responsibilities
As a Senior Bridal Stylist, you'll also play an important role in the smooth day-to-day running of the boutique.
- Manage appointments and customer records.
- Respond to phone, email and customer enquiries.
- Follow up with brides when required.
- Assist with customer orders and track deliveries.
- Receive, inspect and unpack new gowns.
- Steam and prepare dresses for appointments and collections.
- Help keep bridal rails, fitting suites and stock beautifully organised.
- Maintain the high presentation standards expected throughout the boutique.
- Help merchandise new collections and seasonal displays.
- Support the Boutique Lead and owner with the day-to-day running of the boutique.
Bridal is a hands-on business, so we're looking for someone who is just as happy preparing and caring for our beautiful gowns as they are styling and selling them.
We're Looking For Someone Who
- Has experience in bridal, luxury retail or consultative sales.
- Loves working with people and delivering exceptional service.
- Is confident, warm and professional.
- Is commercially minded and enjoys achieving sales.
- Has excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Is proactive and comfortable taking responsibility.
- Is happy working independently as well as part of a small team.
- Is comfortable using computers and booking systems.
- Enjoys a varied role where no two days are quite the same.
- Wants to build a long-term career within the bridal industry.
Bridal experience is welcomed but not essential.
Applicants with backgrounds in luxury fashion, jewellery, premium cosmetics, interiors, boutique hospitality or other premium customer-focused environments are encouraged to apply.

Working Days
This is a four-day-per-week role.
Saturday availability is essential, as Saturday is one of our busiest bridal appointment days.
The role will also include alternate Sundays, so applicants must be available for weekend work.
Weekday working days may vary depending on the needs of the boutique.
