Site Administrator – Dungarvan (Full-Time / Permanent)
Overview
A leading construction company is seeking an organised and proactive Site Administrator to support the day-to-day running of busy construction projects across the South East.
This role is responsible for ensuring site administration, documentation, reporting and communication processes are managed efficiently. The successful candidate will work closely with site management teams, subcontractors, suppliers and project stakeholders to support the smooth delivery of construction projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and organise site documentation, records and project files
- Prepare and distribute site reports, attendance records and project updates
- Support site management teams with project administration and reporting requirements
- Ensure documentation is maintained in line with company procedures and compliance standards
- Manage timesheets, attendance records and payroll-related information
- Coordinate meetings, site inspections, inductions and safety briefings
- Act as a central point of contact between site teams, contractors, suppliers and project stakeholders
- Assist with site logistics including deliveries, access arrangements and contractor onboarding
- Support procurement activities including purchase orders, invoice processing and materials tracking
- Maintain inventory records and assist with monitoring site stock levels
- Support health and safety administration, including training records, inspections and incident reporting
- Input and maintain accurate information across company systems and project management platforms
- Generate reports relating to project progress, resource allocation and budget tracking
Requirements
- Previous experience in a Site Administrator, Construction Administrator or similar role
- Construction industry experience is essential
- Good understanding of construction documentation, terminology and site processes
- Strong IT skills with proficiency across Microsoft Office applications
- Experience using project management or document control systems would be advantageous
- Excellent organisational and administrative abilities
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy when managing documentation
- Confident communication skills with the ability to engage with multiple stakeholders
- Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced site environment
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem solving
