Serve food to customers in a polite and professional manner
Maintain high standards of hygiene and cleanliness in kitchen and service areas
Wash dishes, utensils, and equipment as required
Assist with setting up and clearing down dining and service areas
Follow food safety, HACCP, and health & safety procedures at all times
Support the Chef/Catering Manager with daily kitchen duties
Handle stock safely and report any shortages or issues
