At Longford Signs, we're looking for someone who wants to become a key part of our business. We need a practical, motivated person who enjoys hands-on work but can also help organise the daily flow of work on the shop floor.
This role is a chance to grow into a leadership role and become the right hand to the business owner. Your responsibilities will include preparing artwork for print using RIP software, operating large format printers, laminators and cutting equipment, checking artwork from our remote designers before production, planning and prioritising daily production, coordinating workflow across the team, ensuring all jobs meet quality standards and deadlines, selecting appropriate materials for each project, supporting installation prep when required, and helping to introduce simple processes that make the production smoother and more consistent.
We're looking for someone with experience in signage, large format printing, or a similar production environment, who is confident using Adobe Illustrator, CorelDRAW, or similar software, organised and able to solve... Problems and able to solve problems, proactive rather than waiting for instructions, positive, supportive, and willing to lead by example.
