Nine Daughters is a new brunch restaurant in the heart of Ballybunion.
We are looking for Baristas and Front of House Team Members to join our team.
This is a varied hospitality role, and we are looking for people who enjoy being part of a busy, welcoming restaurant. Depending on your experience and the needs of the service, you may spend part of your shift making coffee and matcha, working Front of House, taking orders, serving customers or supporting the wider team.
We are looking for people who genuinely enjoy hospitality and talking to people, take pride in what they do and care about the little details that make customers want to come back.
The Role
You will be an important part of the day-to-day team at Nine Daughters, helping us deliver the experience we want our customers to have.
For our Barista team members, coffee and drinks are a big part of what we do. We are looking for people who have an appreciation for quality coffee and matcha and who want to consistently deliver drinks to a high standard.
For our Front of House team members, you'll be welcoming customers, taking orders, serving food and drinks and making sure people feel looked after from the moment they walk through the door.
Everyone on the team will work together during busy services, supporting each other wherever needed and helping to keep the restaurant running smoothly.
We are also interested in people who enjoy being creative. If you have an interest in developing drink specials, seasonal drinks or new coffee and matcha ideas, there will be opportunities to get involved.
