Due to continued growth, we are looking for an outstanding Optical Practice Manager to lead our John Daly Opticians team.
The Opportunity
This is an exciting leadership role for someone who is passionate about people, sales and delivering outstanding customer experiences.
You'll be responsible for coaching, mentoring and developing our talented team while ensuring every client enjoys an exceptional journey from the moment they walk through our doors.
As the Optical Practice Manager, you will be an ambassador for our values, leading by example and creating a positive, high-performing environment where both colleagues and clients thrive.

About You
We are looking for someone who is a confident leader with a genuine passion for people and service.
You may already be an experienced Optical Practice Manager, or you could have management experience within another healthcare retail environment such as:
- Optical
- Pharmacy
- Dental
- Veterinary
You will also have:
- Proven experience leading and developing successful teams
- Strong commercial awareness with a track record of achieving targets
- Confidence using KPIs and management information to drive results
- Experience implementing change and improving business performance
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- A hands-on leadership style with a passion for coaching others
- A commitment to delivering exceptional personalised service
