Hooked Seafood Restaurant | Galway
At Hooked, we're all about fresh local seafood, bold flavours, and a close-knit crew that takes pride in what we do. We're looking for a strong Chef de Partie who shares our passion for good food, consistency, teamwork, and professional kitchen standards.
This role is ideal for someone who already has solid experience running a section and wants to continue developing their skills in a busy, respected seafood restaurant.
What You'll Be Doing
- Running your section confidently during prep and service
- Preparing and cooking dishes to a consistently high standard
- Maintaining excellent organisation, cleanliness, and food safety practices
- Working closely with the Head Chef and Sous Chef to ensure smooth service
- Supporting junior team members where required
- Helping maintain the quality, consistency, and standards Hooked is known for
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience as a Chef de Partie
- Strong cooking skills and attention to detail
- Good pace and organisation during both prep and service
- Reliability and a positive attitude
- Ability to work well as part of a team
- Pride in your work and willingness to learn
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends
- Seafood experience is an advantage, but not essential
