Experienced Bartender – Full Time

€15 per hour | 35–40 hours per week | Day & evening shifts | Roster 4 weeks in advance
The Four Winds is looking for an experienced full-time bartender to join our front-of-house team.
This is a stable, year-round full-time role with a structured rota, a genuine focus on work–life balance and a good mix of daytime and evening shifts.
You’ll work across our bar, restaurant and Glasshouse, so while strong bar experience is essential, previous food service or restaurant experience would be a big advantage.
The Role
- 35–40 hours per week
- Mix of daytime, evening and weekend shifts
- Bar and food service
- Opening and closing duties
- Working across our bar, restaurant and Glasshouse
- Maintaining high standards of service, cleanliness and presentation
- Taking responsibility for closing duties when rostered
What We’re Looking For
- Previous bar experience is essential
- Confident and experienced enough to complete closing duties
- Food service / restaurant experience is a strong advantage
- Reliable, organised and comfortable taking responsibility
- Friendly, professional and customer-focused
- Flexible across different FOH areas
- Weekend availability required
