Job Overview:
This is an entry-level position for a recent graduate to begin their career in Information Technology. The IT Graduate will be responsible for assisting with various IT tasks, learning new technologies, and contributing to team projects. This role provides a great opportunity to develop practical skills and gain experience in different areas of IT.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with troubleshooting hardware and software and network issues.
- Help maintain and update IT systems and infrastructure.
- Support senior team members with project tasks and deliverables.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to brainstorming sessions.
- Conduct research and gather data to support IT initiatives.
- Help maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation.
- Assist with the implementation of new technologies.
- Provide technical support to users.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of IT solutions.
- Administer servers, network equipment, and access permissions.
- Implement backup procedures and monitor data/system security.
- Develop and maintain documentation for IT systems.
Education & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree (level 7/8) in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
