Location: Cork
Salary: Up to €75,000

Reporting to: Site Manager
Our client, a leading commercial contractor, is seeking an experienced General Foreman/Site Manager to oversee site operations, ensuring the highest standards of Health & Safety, subcontractor management, and quality control throughout project delivery.
- Health & Safety: Lead all on-site health and safety activities, ensuring compliance with legislation, company procedures, and industry best practice.

Programme Monitoring: Track progress against programme, provide regular updates, and address potential delays to maintain project timelines.

Site Coordination: Manage daily site operations, chair coordination meetings, and oversee site logistics and access routes.

Quality Control: Carry out regular inspections, resolve issues promptly, and ensure works meet required quality standards.

Subcontractor Management: Coordinate subcontractors and suppliers to ensure works are completed safely, efficiently, and on schedule.

Logistics Management: Oversee the movement of labour, materials, plant, and equipment to support efficient site operations.

Construction Oversight: Supervise all stages of construction, from foundations through to finishes, paving, and landscaping works.

Site Records & Reporting: Maintain accurate labour, material, progress, and waste management records.

Stakeholder Management: Build strong relationships with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and residents while promoting a positive site culture.
