Purpose
This role in our Consulting Department is an entry level position for recent higher education graduates seeking an exciting career in consulting.
The successful candidate will undertake a three-year graduate training contract incorporating a programme of professional qualification, while working as a member of a team of management consultants on projects for Government, public sector, charity and commercial clients. The graduate will also build a structured portfolio of their work throughout their graduate training.
Candidates should expect to support organisational reviews, investigations, strategy and planning, internal audit, change processes and other advisory work ranging from short, focussed assignments a few weeks in length up to multiannual programmes. Our clients include Government and public sector clients (across education and training, health and social care, criminal justice and statutory regulation), charity and not-for-profit organisations, and a wide range of commercial businesses.
Graduate Consultants in Crowe experience the full business lifecycle; contributing to business development, project management, client engagement and development of deliverables. The successful candidate will be expected to focus on learning and development, developing technical skills relevant to our work, and building confidence, capacity and capability to manage projects, engage with clients and develop outputs to an acceptable standard of quality and insight.
Qualifications, Experience and Attributes
Qualifications
- A minimum grade of 2.1 in an NFQ level 8 degree from a recognised higher education institution; and
- Excellent written and verbal communication competencies in English as a working language.
Experience
- A proven ability to perform at a high level as a member of a team;
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in a professional or academic environment;
- Proficiency with IT applications and responsible and ethical use of AI tools; and
- Work experience in a business environment – showing a fundamental familiarity with work and public life in Ireland.
