We are recruiting for a Production Manager based in Limerick City.
This is a full-time, hands-on position managing the day-to-day operations of our design, production and stores facilities across two sites.
The ideal candidate will have experience managing within a busy signage, large-format print or similar production environment, dealing with staff, competing deadlines and a fast-moving workload.
You will manage jobs through the full production process, from receiving the brief and preparing artwork through printing and manufacture, finishing, quality control, packing and readiness for dispatch.
This is a full-time, on-site position in Limerick. Applicants must be able to travel to our Limerick premises each working day. This is not a remote or hybrid role.
The Role
Your responsibilities will include:
- Planning and managing the daily production workload
- Scheduling jobs and allocating work across the team
- Managing jobs from customer brief through artwork, production, finishing and dispatch
- Producing, amending and approving customer artwork
- Preparing accurate print-ready and cut-ready files
- Overseeing printing, cutting, laminating and finishing processes
- Maintaining high standards across signage and print production
- Identifying and resolving production issues and delays
- Leading, organising and developing the design and production team
- Carrying out final quality checks
- Improving production processes, job tracking and workflow
- Reducing waste, reprints and avoidable production delays
- Providing practical, hands-on support when required
What We're Looking For
The successful candidate should have:
- Relevant experience in signage, sign-writing, large-format printing, display graphics or print production
- Strong graphic design and artwork-production skills
- Experience with Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop and/or InDesign, or equivalent software
- A good understanding of print-ready artwork, colour, scaling, resolution and production files
- Practical knowledge of signage and print materials and production methods
- Experience supervising or managing a production floor, workshop, studio or small manufacturing team
- The ability to manage multiple jobs and competing deadlines
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality
- Good communication and team-leadership skills
- A practical, hands-on approach to getting work completed
Experience with RIP software, large-format printers, vinyl cutters, laminators, CNC equipment, vehicle graphics, window graphics, banners, boards or fabricated signage would be an advantage.

Limerick City – on-site, five days per week.

Pay: €34,360.26-€81,334.52 per year
