Cocos Crèche & Montessori is looking for a caring and enthusiastic Early Years Practitioner to join our Wobbler Room, working with children aged 1–2 years.
We're looking for someone who enjoys working with young children, understands the importance of creating a warm and secure environment, and loves getting involved in play, stories, music, messy activities and outdoor fun.
The role includes:
- Providing a safe, caring and stimulating environment for the children.
- Planning and carrying out age-appropriate activities.
- Supporting each child's learning and development through play.
- Building positive relationships with children, parents and colleagues.
- Working as part of a friendly and supportive team.
The ideal candidate will have:
- A minimum QQI Level 5 qualification in Early Childhood Care and Education.
- A genuine love of working with young children.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Knowledge of Aistear and Síolta is an advantage.
- Experience in an early years setting is desirable but not essential.
