The Role.
GMC are currently looking for a Junior Plant & Fleet Administrator to join our Plant & Fleet team.
The successful candidate will provide administrative and coordination support across our Plant & Fleet operations, helping to ensure the smooth and efficient delivery of projects across the business.
Key Duties and Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

Assist in the development and refinement of forecasting models and methodologies.

Continuously evaluate and streamline reporting processes to improve efficiency and accuracy.

Create a forecast of future work volumes and identify optimum resource capacity required to undertake.

Programme works in accordance with operational capability, commercial targets, and KPI's.

Liaise with Operations regarding scheduling issues.

Produce and distribute Management Information (Reports) and identify and act upon areas of poor Performance.

Carry out weekly "Plan Do" Reviews with Operations to assess the effectiveness of the Workflow function.

Contribute towards the departments approach to continuous improvement and utilisation of information technology.

Ability to process and submit payments and completions.

Ad hoc tasks as required by the wider business.
The Candidate: Required Experience and Competencies:

Previous experience in a similar role is desirable.

Previous experience submitting payments and completions, desirable.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data sets.

Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders.

Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail.

Confident, motivated and can work independently as well as part of a team.

Ability to work under pressure with strict deadlines.
