Key Responsibilities
· Trim beef and meat products according to customer specifications.
· Carry out cutting and trimming accurately and efficiently.
· Remove excess fat, connective tissue, and unwanted material.
· Maintain consistent product quality and presentation.
· Use knives and processing equipment safely.
· Follow HACCP, food safety, hygiene and health safety procedures.
· Maintain a clean and organised workstation.
· Work effectively as part of a team to meet daily production targets.
Requirements
· Previous experience in meat cutting and trimming is desirable.
· Good knife skills and attention to detail.
· Experience working in a meat processing environment is desirable.
· Understanding of HACCP and food safety requirements.
· Understanding the importance of complying with food safety regulations and company procedures.
· Ability to work in a fast-paced and physically demanding environment.
· Good teamwork and communication skills.
· Reliable, punctual, and committed to high standards of work.
