Job Description
Clever Clogs is looking for a UPPAbaby Hub Technician & Customer Advisor to join our team on a part-time basis.
The role will be based at our UPPAbaby Dublin Hub, where we provide professional servicing, repairs and deep-cleaning services for UPPAbaby strollers.
We are looking for someone who is practical, hands-on and customer-focused, with an interest in products and how they work. Previous experience with UPPAbaby products would be an advantage, but full in-house training will be provided for the right candidate.
The successful candidate will work directly with customers, helping them with stroller queries, diagnosing issues, carrying out repairs and servicing, and recommending suitable products, accessories and replacement parts where required.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out professional servicing, maintenance, repairs and deep cleaning of UPPAbaby strollers.
- Diagnose faults and carry out suitable repair or installation of replacement parts.
- Carry out mechanical checks, brake repairs, part replacements, lubrication and general maintenance.
- Clean and sanitise stroller frames, wheels and fabrics, including leather conditioning where required.
- Maintain accurate records of repairs and servicing completed.
- Deal directly with customers, answering queries and providing clear, friendly advice on stroller issues, repairs and servicing.
- Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate accessories, replacement parts, upgrades and additional services where relevant.
- Provide a professional and knowledgeable customer experience while identifying suitable opportunities to upsell products and services.
Skills & Experience
· Previous experience in repairs, servicing, mechanical work or a practical hands-on role.
· Practical and mechanically minded, with strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
· Excellent customer service and communication skills.
· Confident communicating with customers and explaining technical information clearly and professionally.
· Good written and spoken English.
· Good computer skills, with the ability to maintain accurate records and update systems.
· Full, clean driving licence.
· Previous experience in retail or a customer-facing role would be an advantage.

Training
Full in-house training will be provided on UPPAbaby products, servicing procedures, repairs, parts and deep-cleaning techniques.
Previous knowledge of UPPAbaby products is an advantage, but it is not essential.
