Sheehy Motor Group has an immediate opening for an experienced Vehicle Sales Administrator based in our dealership in Naas. This is a full-time position working Monday to Friday from 9am to 5:30pm. Salary will be commensurate with experience.
The position requires a detail-orientated and highly organised professional with prior experience in the motor industry. Ideally, candidates will have 1-2 years’ experience in a similar administrative role, demonstrating a strong understanding of vehicle sales processes and dealership operations.
A high level of numerical accuracy and attention to detail is required. and the successful candidate must be comfortable handling data with precision and maintaining accurate financial and administrative records.
Strong time management and multitasking abilities are critical in this fast-paced environment. The role demands the ability to prioritise workload effectively, meet deadlines, and perform consistently under pressure while managing multiple responsibilities simultaneously.
The role is based at the Carlow dealership, with working hours ranging from 32 to 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday. Flexibility, reliability, and a proactive approach to problem-solving will be important personal qualities for success.

Main duties will include:
- Verification & processing of purchase invoices for new and used vehicles
- Processing of Vehicle Sales order forms
- Preparing, submitting and reconciling all claims to manufacturers for fleet, demonstrator or special bonus claims
- Vehicle ordering
- Batching & posting new vehicle invoices
- Creating PDI and used vehicle preparation lines on Kerridge
- Notification of vehicle deliveries
- SEAI Applications & processing
- Assisting with ISO
- Other duties as and when required
Key Competencies
- 1-2 years’ experience in a similar administrative role within the motor industry
- Strong numerical accuracy and high attention to detail
- Excellent time management and organisational skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritise effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Capability to work accurately under pressure and meet deadlines
- Experience with dealership management systems (e.g. Kerridge) or similar platforms
