The Driver will provide a safe, compliant, reliable, effective delivery and collection service for the Company and our Customers. Duties include delivering and collecting items such as , Bouncy Castles, Softplay, Marquees , Funfood machines amongst other products around Dublin and surrounding areas. Must have full driving license and be over 22 years of age, must be relatively fit with some heavy lifting involved. Must be available to work weekends
You will be required to manage a route of deliveries in Dublin area. You will be required to visit customer sites to set up our our products and services , and full training will be provided. The Delivery Driver will pick up and drop off items while adhering to assigned routes and time schedules. The successful candidate will work as part of a team, placing goods into warehouse storage after pick up

DRIVING
- Drive the company vehicle responsibly and safely
- Carry out daily and weekly vehicle checks ensuring any defects found are reported
- Carry out deliveries and collections to our customers in a professional manner
- Erect all hire equipment up safely and correctly
- Keep an accurate record of deliveries and collections
- Ensure that any equipment on the vehicle is secured and protected where necessary
- Collect payment due on the delivery / collection as instructed; any cash collected from the customer remains the responsibility of the driver until it is signed for as received by the Line Manager
- Demonstrate exceptional customer service skills in all aspects of the working day
- Maintain product knowledge in order to demonstrate to customers where necessary
- Represent the company of the business and portray a professional and businesslike image to all customers, potential customers and other people you meet in the course of your work.
- Be a key driver and serious about safety by leading from the front
- Ensure all locations and company vehicles are maintained
- Carry out other tasks and duties as required
Experience/Knowledge/Skills Required:
- Valid Driving License essential
- Exceptional customer service experience
- Understanding of the transporting and Dublin area
- Manual handling awareness
- A valid Full driver’s license (Full Irish & European)
- 1 years driving experience in LWB and/or Luton Box body Van
- Over 22 years old
- Clean driving record.
- Smart phone with internet connection
