Track shipments and liaise with the operations team in relation to shipment planning.
Liaise and update customers by phone and email re shipment status.
Liaise and de-brief drivers
Ensure compliance policies and procedures of the company are followed.
Other admin duties as required.
The Skills/Experience you should have:
Strong computer skills and basic knowledge of microsoft.
Excellent communication skills.
Strong organising skills with the ability to multi-task whilst working to tight deadlines.
Good team player.
