Title: General Operative - Weekend Nights
Reports to: Area Manager
Location: Dublin 5
Rate: €16.50 per hour + Sunday Premium (33%)
Hours: 22.5 hours per week. Night shifts from 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays.

Key Responsibilities

Maintain floors and factory work areas to the highest cleaning standards.

Clean toilets, locker rooms, and other designated areas.

Operate floor scrubbers and mopping equipment as required.

Carry out general cleaning duties including sweeping, scrubbing, and sanitising workspaces.

Work independently while adhering to all GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) standards and site safety requirements.

Follow all Health & Safety procedures and company policies.

Handle client property, equipment, and facilities with care.

Complete cleaning tasks efficiently and to the required standard.
Requirements

Previous cleaning or industrial cleaning experience is desirable but not essential.

Competency in the English language, including speaking, understanding, and reading instructions.

Eligibility to work in Ireland is essential.

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Physically capable of frequent kneeling, squatting, stooping, and repetitive movements.

Reliable, responsible, and committed to maintaining high standards.

Full training will be provided.
