Pay: €18.50–€40.00 per hour (depending on qualifications and experience)
DMAC Living Solutions is currently recruiting Healthcare Assistants (HCAs), Social Care Workers and Special Needs Assistants (SNAs) to join a specialist support team providing high quality care to a young person with autism and behaviours of concern in the West Dublin area.

About the Role
You will be part of a dedicated team supporting a young person with autism who benefits from a structured, consistent and positive approach. Successful candidates will help create a calm, safe and supportive environment that promotes emotional wellbeing, independence, community participation and quality of life.
Responsibilities include:
- Providing high quality person-centred support
- Supporting daily routines and meaningful activities
- Implementing Positive Behaviour Support strategies
- Promoting communication, independence and choice
- Supporting community access and social inclusion
- Working collaboratively with family members and professionals
- Maintaining accurate records and documentation
- Contributing to a safe, respectful and supportive environment
Essential Requirements
- QQI Level 5 in Healthcare Support, Social Care or equivalent (for HCAs and SNAs), or a relevant Social Care qualification
- Experience supporting individuals with intellectual disabilities, autism and behaviours of concern is highly desirable
- Experience supporting children, adolescents or young adults is an advantage
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Full driving licence and access to a vehicle is desirable
