Rockwell are seeking an experienced foreman to oversee exciting mechanical engineering projects in the Cork region, on a permanent, full-time basis.
Duties and Responsibilities:

This role requires the successful candidate to be comfortable in leading a team,

Coordinate pipe install and generate fabrication/install, isometrics, as well as the ability to work with stainless steel pipework, within a pharmaceutical manufacturing or processing environment.

Oversight of the assembly, laying, installing and maintaining of pipes.

The role requires both inside and outside work.

Appropriate use of tools, including power tools, and equipment.

Maintaining and checking of small tools and equipment.

Reading and interpreting drawings.

Knowledge of safety precautions and risks associated with tasks
Essential Qualifications, Knowledge and Skills Experience:

2 years' experience in a supervision role working in a Pharma / Life Science environment with a strong emphasis on Safety and Quality.

A minimum of a Level 6 QQI Certificate in Mechanical Craft Practice or an equivalent qualification.

Proven high level of technical knowledge with practical application.
