On behalf of our client, a leading name in the healthcare sector, we are seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to own and lead the marketing strategy for a premium medical devices portfolio in Ireland.

Key Responsibilities
- Strategy & Planning: Develop and own the comprehensive marketing strategy and annual marketing plans aligned with core commercial objectives.
- Financial Management: Manage the marketing budget, ensuring strategic prioritisation, strong ROI, and rigorous performance tracking.
- People Leadership: Lead, mentor, and develop two direct reports (focused on Product/Portfolio Marketing and Digital Marketing).
- Hands-on Execution: Act as a true player–manager, remaining actively involved in key product launches, campaigns, and strategic initiatives.
- Lifecycle & Supplier Management: Lead product and portfolio marketing across the entire lifecycle, working closely with international supplier principals.
- Sales Alignment: Partner deeply with Sales teams to enable effective market penetration through tailored tools, training, and targeted campaigns.
- Data-Driven Insights: Generate, analyse, and interpret marketing and commercial data to guide decision-making and demonstrate measurable business impact.
Suitable candidates should have following to qualify for screening for this role:
- Experience: Minimum of 3 to 4 years strong marketing experience within medical devices OR closely related healthcare sectors OR highly regulated environment at a senior level
- Strategic Capability: Proven track record of creating and delivering successful marketing strategies and managing commercial budgets.
- Market Knowledge: Deep sectoral knowledge with a strong understanding of clinical and procurement environments in Ireland
- Collaboration: Comfortable and effective working cross-functionally with internal Sales teams and external supplier partners.
- Analytical Mindset: Strong analytical capability, with the ability to turn complex market data into actionable commercial insight.
- Leadership Style: Proven people manager who thrives in a collaborative, player–manager environment.
