JC McMahon Builders are seeking a reliable and motivated individual to join their team. The role is based in the Limerick City area and involves general maintenance / labouring work.
- Assisting tradespeople and site supervisors with general labouring tasks
- Loading and unloading materials, tools, and equipment
- Site preparation and clean-up
- Operating basic hand and power tools (where trained)
- Carry out daily routine maintenance of outdoor areas.
- Perform daily cleaning duties to maintain a safe and tidy environment.
- Manage landscaping tasks including weeding and basic garden care
- Identify and resolve minor maintenance issues efficiently
- Following health and safety procedures at all times
- Performing other duties as required
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
- Ability to perform physical work and lift heavy objects
- Good time management and reliability
- Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
- Previous labouring or construction experience preferred but not essential
- Full Drivers Licence
