We are now looking for a highly motivated Master Engineer – Systems Analyst to join our Systems, Technology & Architecture (ST&A) organization within the Network Management Engineering Unit.
This role combines expertise in cloud-native systems, AI technologies, telecom network management and network modelling & simulation.
You will work at the intersection of Intelligent Automation, Generative AI & Network Management to help define and deliver the next generation of Ericsson’s management platforms as we build toward the 6G era.

What you will do
Define and analyze product, system, and portfolio requirements for Network Management and Intelligent Automation solutions.- Establish high-level system architectures and technical solutions to drive product implementation.
- Collaborate with Architects, Product Managers, Product Owners, development teams, and customers to capture and refine technical requirements.
- Lead technical discussions, workshops, studies, and Proof-of-Concept activities using modern cloud-native and AI technologies.
- Drive architecture alignment with Ericsson’s Network Management, AI, and 6G technology strategy.
- Contribute to AI-powered operational and automation solutions using Generative AI, LLMs, and orchestration frameworks.
- Drive network modelling, simulation, and rapid experimentation activities to validate architecture decisions and AI-assisted automation strategies.
- Produce technical artefacts such as architecture studies, technical assessments, and solution proposals.
- Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and guidance across teams and domains.
