Job Title: General Operative

Job Description:
We are currently seeking motivated and reliable individuals to join our events crew as General Operatives. This hands-on role involves the installation and dismantling of marquees and event structures at various venues and locations. You will work as part of a team to ensure each marquee is safely and efficiently set up to the highest standard.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the erection and de-rigging of marquees and event structures.
- Load and unload equipment from vehicles.
- Lay flooring, install lighting, lining, and other interior/exterior marquee features.
- Follow site plans and instructions to complete builds safely and accurately.
- Ensure all equipment is handled with care and returned in good condition.
- Maintain a clean and organized worksite.
- Work cooperatively with other crew members and site managers.
Requirements:
- A good level of physical fitness – this is a physically demanding, outdoor role.
- Ability to work as part of a team and follow instructions.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including early mornings, late finishes, and weekends.
- Previous experience in marquee erection or event setup is an advantage but not essential – training will be provided.
- Driving license preferred but not required.
Pay: €11.32-€15.00 per hour
