We are looking for a highly organised, detail-driven Events & Marketing Executive to own the coordination and delivery of MEG’s busy events calendar. Events are at the heart of how we build relationships in healthcare, from major international trade shows to intimate customer roundtables and a growing webinar programme.
This is a hands-on coordination role: you’ll be the person who makes sure every event runs smoothly, from initial planning through to post-event follow-up. This role will also support the wider marketing team with activity including outreach, content, and sales enablement.
- Coordinate MEG’s participation at healthcare trade shows and exhibitions globally
- Manage exhibitor logistics: booth bookings, shipping, stand materials, branded merchandise, travel arrangements and staffing schedules
- Coordinate pre and post-event outreach and any further nurture campaigns
- Researching new events relevant and applicable to us
- Tracking all event expenses and developing the ROI report for management
- Creation and distribution of an event overview guide of key information for internal team members travelling/attending
- Plan and deliver MEG-hosted in-person events
- Manage venue sourcing, invitations, catering, AV, and on-the-day coordination
- Support planning of our internal company event
- Capture content at the events for further promotion
- Manage end-to-end webinar logistics: scheduling, speaker coordination, platform setup, registration, and promotion
- Coordinate rehearsals and provide live support during sessions; occasional moderation
- Manage post-webinar follow-up including recordings, attendee comms, and lead routing
- Support outreach campaigns and prospect engagement activity
- Assist with content creation and repurposing
- Help produce sales enablement materials in collaboration with the wider team
- 2+ years’ experience in event coordination or event planning
- Proven experience coordinating multiple events simultaneously with strong attention to detail
- Good familiarity with webinar platforms (e.g. Zoom Webinars, Livestorm, GoToWebinar, or similar)
- Proficiency with HubSpot (or a comparable marketing automation/CRM platform)
- Excellent organisation, time management, and communication skills
- Comfortable working remotely and coordinating with distributed teams and external suppliers and stakeholders
- Willingness to travel occasionally for key events (travel is minimal but may be required)
- Experience in healthcare, B2B SaaS, or another regulated industry
- Experience with event promotion via email marketing and social media
- Experience supporting or moderating webinars
- Familiarity with design tools (e.g. Canva) for event materials
