We are currently recruiting a Rigid Tipper Truck Driver at our quarry in the North-East. Carrickamore Quarries has been established over 25 years, supplying aggregates and recycled construction and demolition materials to the local transport, agriculture and construction sectors.
This is a full-time, permanent position offering good working conditions and long-term employment with an established employer.
Location: Carrickamore, Carrickmacross, Co. Monaghan.
Duties and Responsibilities:
· Operate a rigid tipper truck safely and professionally;
· Transport aggregates, soils and other bulk materials to and from customer sites in the North-East;
· Complete delivery documentation and daily records as required;
· Perform daily inspections on the vehicle and report any defects;
· Deliver a professional service to our customers;
Key Requirements:
· A full Category C driving licence;
· Valid Driver CPC;
· Digital Tachograph Card;
· Previous tipper truck experience an advantage, but not essential;
· Good communication skills;
· Ability to work independently on your own initiative;
Working Hours:
· Typical working hours are Monday - Friday, 7:30am - 4.30pm
