We are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion Programme Manager to lead the delivery of a major Oracle Fusion ERP transformation. This is a senior programme leadership role with responsibility for driving the successful design, implementation, adoption, and stabilisation of Oracle Fusion Financials and P2P capabilities within a complex enterprise environment with Finance as the owner of the target operating model, reporting integrity, financial output and controls
The successful candidate will bring proven Oracle Fusion implementation experience, strong finance and P2P process knowledge, and the ability to lead cross-functional teams through a controlled, auditable, and business-led transformation.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end delivery of Oracle Fusion ERP capabilities across Finance and Procurement.
- Lead the Procurement process to select a System Integration partner to implement the solution.
- Design and build out the Implementation team to guarantee success and smooth transition to BAU.
- Oversee programme planning, governance, reporting, risk management, issue resolution, and decision-making forums.
- Establish and support effective Finance-led governance, ensuring key decisions on process design, controls, data migration, reporting, master data and business adoption are made with appropriate Finance ownership and executive oversight.
- Drive delivery of core Finance processes, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, Cash Management, financial controls, and reporting.
- Lead delivery of Procurement processes, including sourcing, purchasing, supplier management, procure-to-pay controls, and adoption of standardised ways of working.
- Manage system integration partners, third-party vendors, internal delivery teams, and business work streams to ensure alignment against scope, milestones, budget, and outcomes.
- Oversee data migration, reconciliation, integration readiness, testing, cut over planning, go-live readiness, and post go-live stabilisation,
- Ensure appropriate auditability, financial governance, compliance, and control disciplines are embedded throughout the programme lifecycle.
- Drive business readiness, stakeholder engagement, communication, training, adoption, and change management activities.
Essential Experience
- 10+ Years of Programme Management experience leading large, complex, business critical transformation programmes.
- Experience working in a complex Finance Function with practical knowledge of Finance process design and implementation.
- Proven experience leading, or playing a senior delivery role in, a full-cycle Oracle Fusion ERP implementation leveraging standard out of the box processes.
- Strong understanding of Oracle Fusion Financials suite (General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, Cash Management and related Finance transformation processes.
- Strong understanding of Oracle Fusion Procurement (Purchasing, Sourcing, Supplier Management, P2P)
- Strong programme governance, delivery planning, risk management, dependency management, budget management and executive reporting capability.
- Experience managing system integrators, Oracle partners, vendors, and multidisciplinary delivery teams.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence Finance, Procurement, HR, IT and senior leadership audiences.
- Experience overseeing integrations, testing, data migration, cut over, and post go-live support.
- Strong programme leadership, delivery discipline, and governance capability.
- Excellent communication, influencing, and stakeholder engagement skills.
