We're looking to add an experienced Security Project Manager to our team here at Chubb in Dublin, with semi regular travel into Europe. Working into a leading retailer this role is a key part of the Chubb Ireland Project Management team, dedicated to overseeing, end-to-end planning, delivery and execution of best-in-class Major security system installation projects on time and within budget in Ireland and continental Europe. The project manager will also define the projects objectives and oversee Health, Safety and Quality throughout the project lifecycle.

Responsibilities:
Project Management:
- Manages all aspects of projects life cycle, working closely with the commercial and operations team to mitigate and manage risk
- Technical compliance and strict adherence with in-Country standards and established working practices
- Direct and manage projects from beginning to end within projects programme and key milestones
- Define project scope, goals and deliverables
- Develop and manage project plans
- Develop best practices and tools for project execution and management
Technical Understanding:
- Good working knowledge of Electronic Security Systems and installation methodologies – CCTV, Access Control, Intrusion
- Wide understanding of 3rd Party Standards in Country industry standards and compliance
- Proven track record in the basic understanding of electrical design and building services
- Ability to review and technically approve calculations and designs
Project Accounting:
- Creates and maintains project invoicing, cost, revenue and cash forecasts
- Ensures Projects meet or exceeds budgeted financial objectives, including revenue and margin
- Draft and submit budget proposals, and recommend subsequent budget changes
Team:
- Coaches and manages individual local project team
- Ongoing development of the team through PFT, Training & Development to meet the changing needs of the business
- Identify and resolve issues and conflicts within the project team
Compliance:
- Manages the teams ethics, quality, EH&S requirements and safety protocols ensuring that all the team are aware of their EH&S obligations and that they understand and comply with EH&S Policies
- Ensure that the team maintain a safe place of work and working environment both on site & off site
- Conduct regular workplace inspections and audits
Requirements:
Of graduate calibre with:
- Proven Track Record in the design and installation of Electronic Security Systems
- Evidence in the understanding of electrical and mechanical installation of building services
- Evidence of successful project management
- Experience in business processes with a "hands-on" approach, sharing and enacting best practice
Expertise within Electronic Security Systems, and good understanding and knowledge of M&E and/or building services.
