We are currently seeking an experienced and motivated Senior Motor Technician to join our growing workshop team in Navan.
The successful candidate will play a key role in diagnosing, servicing, and repairing a wide range of vehicles while maintaining the highest standards of workmanship and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out diagnostics, repairs, maintenance, and servicing on a wide range of vehicles.
- Diagnose and rectify mechanical, electrical, and electronic faults using advanced diagnostic equipment.
- Perform comprehensive vehicle health checks and provide accurate reports.
- Work efficiently to meet workshop productivity and quality targets.
- Maintain accurate records of work completed and parts used.
- Collaborate with service advisors and workshop colleagues to ensure excellent customer service.
- Adhere to all health and safety procedures and manufacturer standards.
Candidate Requirements Essential
- Qualified Motor Technician with a minimum of 5 years' post-apprenticeship experience.
- Strong diagnostic and fault-finding abilities.
- Excellent knowledge of vehicle electrical and electronic systems.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Full clean driving licence.
Desirable
- Experience working with Hybrid and Electric Vehicles.
- Previous Toyota or Peugeot dealership experience.
- Manufacturer training certifications would be advantageous.

Pay: €36,000.00-€62,000.00 per year
