Brief overview of the client requirements
Our client is looking for a Business Applications and Data Support Analyst to join their central IT Operations team in Dublin. You'll provide technical and application support for Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM and SharePoint, maintain data integrity across systems, and help users resolve business application issues.
Overview of Role
Reporting to the Head of IT & Digital Transformation within the IT & Digital Transformation department, you'll support key business applications, manage data accuracy, and work with business stakeholders and IT teams to improve application performance and business processes.
Key Roles and Responsibilities
Provide end-user support for Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM and SharePoint.
Perform data validation, migration, and bulk data updates to ensure data integrity.
Document and maintain support procedures, best practices, and user documentation.
Deliver or support application training for end users.
Troubleshoot and resolve application issues promptly.
Collaborate with business users and IT partners to implement application solutions and improvements.
Prioritise user stories and support business optimisation opportunities.
Assist with UAT preparation for upcoming releases.
Monitor application usage and performance, recommending improvements.
Ensure compliance with data security and privacy policies.
What do you need?
Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
Minimum 3 years' experience in application and data support roles.
Proven experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 and SharePoint.
Strong knowledge of data validation and migration processes.
Experience supporting application training.
Excellent problem-solving, troubleshooting, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Microsoft certifications are a plus.
