We're looking for an experienced Health & Safety & Installation Coordinatorto become a key part of our operations team.
This is a varied role that combines installation planning, customer communication, logistics, and Health & Safety administration. You'll be at the heart of every project, making sure everything is organised, compliant, and delivered successfully from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate door and metalwork installations with customers, production teams and site crews
- Manage Health & Safety documentation including RAMS, inductions and training records
- Schedule site surveys and prepare installation documentation
- Coordinate deliveries, logistics and project timelines
- Ensure quality checks are completed before products leave the factory
- Maintain communication with customers and site teams throughout each project
- Process completion paperwork for projects
- Support the day-to-day administration of the operations department
We're Looking For Someone Who
- Has 3-5+ years' experience in a similar role
- Has experience in construction, manufacturing or engineering
- Is confident managing multiple projects and priorities at the same time
- Has strong Health & Safety awareness and experience with compliance documentation
- Communicates well with people at all levels and can build positive working relationships
- Is organised, proactive and solutions-focused
- Can stay calm under pressure and deal confidently with different personalities
- Is comfortable using Microsoft Office 365 other CRM systems
- Can read basic technical drawings
- Holds a full driving licence

Pay: €18.00-€22.00 per hour
