Evolve Soccer Coaching is a player-development programme designed to help young players build confidence, understanding, and a love for the game.
Our sessions focus on developing each child’s physical, cognitive, and social skills, while introducing clear, age-appropriate football concepts such as dribbling, scanning, movement, decision-making, and playing with teammates.
Through structured sessions and small-group learning, players are encouraged to think the game, explore solutions, and enjoy football in a positive, supportive environment.
We are seeking coaches who value clarity, structure, and player development, and who are comfortable working with both children and parents in an academy setting. The role involves delivering age-appropriate sessions that develop movement skills, football fundamentals, and social behaviours, aligned with the Evolve coaching framework.
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide a fun and safe environment to deliver the Evolve Soccer Coaching Programme
- Follow the Evolve coaching session plan so all of the key skills of the programme are practiced
- Ensure Parents and Kids leave the class smiles on their faces.
Requirements:
- Enthusiasm for children, loads of energy and a love for fun activities!
- Anyone that has experience teaching or coaching children (Soccer, GAA, Rugby, etc.) is certainly an advantage but NOT required.
- A Soccer background IS required to coach as our programme is based around it.
- Full programme training is provided, and we will also support Garda Vetting.
- Certification in any sports coaching along with a Paediatric first aid course is also a bonus.
- FAI Safeguarding IS required
- 16+
Pay: €15.14-€22.50 per hour
