Role Description
We are seeking a full-time Retail Paint Specialist to join our team in Dublin 6W. This is an on-site position suited to someone with strong experience and proven expertise in paint mixing gained from a similar retail or trade environment.
The successful candidate will play a key role in assisting retail, trade, and commercial customers with paint selection, offering expert advice on colours, finishes, and products, maintaining high-quality product displays, and processing sales transactions efficiently. The role also involves handling customer enquiries both in-store and over the phone while delivering an outstanding customer experience at every interaction.

Qualifications & Skills
- Previous experience in a paint retail, decorating, or trade sales environment is essential
- Strong knowledge of paint products, colour matching, and paint mixing systems
- Ability to confidently advise customers on colours, finishes, and product suitability
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Experience dealing with retail, trade, and commercial customers
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately under pressure
- Comfortable handling sales transactions and operating POS systems
- Reliable, hardworking, and capable of working as part of a close-knit team
- Positive attitude with a genuine passion for customer service and home décor products
- Good organisational skills with the ability to maintain tidy and attractive product displays
Pay: €33,000.00-€40,000.00 per year
