Lead, support and mentor Home Support Workers

Assist with the delivery of high-quality, person-centred care

Conduct client visits, spot checks and care reviews

Support care planning and service coordination

Promote quality, compliance and best practice across your team

QQI Level 5 Major Award in a healthcare-related discipline (essential)

Experience in healthcare, homecare or social care

Strong organisational, communication and interpersonal skills

Leadership or supervisory experience is desirable

QQI Level 6 Supervisory Management qualification is highly desirable
