Hanley are looking to fill a Graduate position on our customer site in Tralee Co.Kerry. The successful candidate will be part of a growing and experienced team ensuring high level on the job training is provided.
Summary:
The successful candidate will report to the Calibration Team Lead and will be responsible for performing routine calibrations on manufacturing equipment, repair & troubleshoot on all process control systems and equipment used in manufacturing, utility plants, warehouse and analytical labs on a Biopharmaceutical Facility in Co. Limerick. The role would suit someone who has the ability to work with a team but is also a self-starter. You will need to have an excellent understanding and experience in the calibration of temperature, pressure, weight, RH & Flow measurement equipment.
Key Responsibilities:

Perform calibrations for process, utility and analytical lab equipment and systems related to instruments and control systems with calibration team structure as generated via a CMMS.

Troubleshoot and repair site instrumentation and control and monitoring system issues

Ensure work is completed in a safe and compliant manner in accordance with applicable GMP procedures

Ensure that instrumentation and calibration documentation is completed accurately and in accordance with applicable GMP procedures

Execution of work according to plan and schedule ensuring coordination of work with maintenance and operations staff to minimize impact to production activities

Recommend and implement improvement ideas to enhance the instrumentation and metrology functions and other business processes.
Who should apply?
All Graduates with an applicable Science or Engineering qualification.
Emphasis is required for courses related to Instrumentation\Electrical, Automation\Mechatronics, Mechanical or Environmental, Health, and Safety, or similar.
