Digital Printer – Woodland Print
We are seeking an experienced Digital Printer to join our busy production team in Cork. The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering high-quality print output across a varied workload, from short-run jobs to larger commercial projects.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years' hands-on experience in a digital print production environment
- Familiarity with Xerox digital presses is a strong advantage, as our pressroom operates several Xerox machines
- Strong understanding of colour management, substrate handling, and finishing requirements
- Ability to interpret job tickets accurately and manage workflow to meet deadlines
- Good eye for quality control and attention to detail
- Proven ability to work on own initiative, prioritise tasks, and make sound decisions without constant supervision
- Professional manner when dealing with colleagues, customers, and suppliers, with clear and courteous communication
Desirable:
- Experience with pre-press file checking and basic Adobe software (Acrobat, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Knowledge of finishing processes (cutting, laminating, binding)
- Flexibility to support other areas of the production floor when required
