Chef de Partie required to join our hard working team, in a fast pace environment.
The candidate will be required to work a 39 hour week full time inclusive of weekends and Sundays.
The candidate must be able to:
- take care of daily food preparation and duties;.
- adhere to health and safety policies and regulations.
- ability to estimate daily production needs, and to all food standards are met.
- Produce high quality food to ensure guests satisfaction.
- Must have a knowledge of all standard procedures and policies pertaining in food preparation .
- Supervising of junior Kitchen staff.
- Ability to work as part of a team.
- Flexible working hours subject to the demands of the business, midweek, weekends and holidays.
Pay: From €36,605.00 per year
